Summer Sports Performance Program
This summer, we are excited to offer a tailored sports performance program for athletes in 4th grade and up.
Program Details:
Workout Focus: Each session will be customized based on the athlete's age, specific sport, prior injuries, and weight-room capabilities. Our goal is to enhance performance safely and effectively.
Program Director: Justin Rost, a licensed Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer, will lead the program. With a Master's degree in Exercise Science and over 13 years of experience as the Head Strength Coach at Saint John's University, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge to our training sessions.
Location:
All workouts will be held at Saint John’s University. Resistance training will take place in the weight room, while speed and agility work will utilize various other facilities on campus.
Schedule:
Start Date: Week of June 2nd
End Date: Friday, August 8th
Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Times:
8:30 AM
9:30 AM
Other Times Available
Additional time slots may be opened if 5 or more athletes request them.
Note: No workouts will be held during the week of the 4th of July.
Cost:
Program Fee: $599 for new athletes
Returning Athletes: $499
