When do sessions run for Day One Sports Performance?
Our main off-season program runs from the first week in June (when schools are out) to the second week in August for high school athletes. College athletes go from third week in May until the middle of August.
How are the small groups formed?
Groups are formed based off of age, athletic ability, and typically sport. These groups may be co-ed.
What ages are allowed to work out with Day One Sports Performance?
Going into seventh grade and older. Very seldom exceptions may be made off of athletic ability.
